The role of ‘mystery shopper’ involves travelling around Ireland on various day tours visiting the popular sites of Cliffs of Moher, Titanic Museum and Belfast City. Your main duty involves reporting on the quality and performance of the drivers. A template will be provided, requiring you to report on various elements of the performance of the driver. This report will then be forwarded to the marketing manager for review.

Additional responsibilities may also be required in the area of social media marketing, such as updating Instagram accounts and Facebook pages.
